Myles, Colin (brothers) and Lana Radchenko (wife of Colin) built the Black Bear Chalet in 1990. Our first season of rentals was in 1991, and we have been renting it ever since. Our guests keep coming back to us to enjoy all seasons throughout the year in this vacation paradise.

Myles Radchenko is a biology high school teacher, originally from Swift Current, now located in Yellowknife, NWT.

Lana & Colin Radchenko are originally from Saskatoon, and now are located in San Diego. Lana is a chartered accountant working for Sempra Energy. Colin is the head PGA professional at Steele Canyon Golf Course.
