cm (that's almost 27 feet) of snow that Fernie gets yearly or enjoying
a river raft or golf game at one of the 5 nearby courses. Fernie

Our log chalet is top quality throughout. With amenities like room
to sleep 14 people comfortably, 3 full bathrooms, a 10 person outdoor
hot tub, BBQ, fully-equipped kitchen and a vaulted great room with wood-burning
fireplace, we are sure you will enjoy your stay.

The Story of the Black Bear
Corinne and our orphan black bear welcome you
to the Black Bear Log Chalet. This taxidermy bear has been
a resident of the chalet ever since the Griz Inn renovations
of 1990. He has become our mascot and invites you to enjoy
the ambiance of our cozy, mountainside, log chalet
Corinne resides in the basement suite (separate entrance) and adds that personal touch to make your stay special!.
